Address the stigma of mental health challenges in Australia, help users understand exactly what CNSDose is and who it helps, and make it easy to purchase and find a doctor to help them with results, if they don’t have one.

the business problem

Make it clear that CNSDose is only the first of many products from Incite Health. Befriend the doctor community in order to work together, while also maintaining a relationship with customers. Earn the trust of investors.

CNSDose is an at-home DNA test that helps people with severe anxiety and depression get more accurate diagnosis and prescriptions faster. As Creative Lead, I worked with an incredible team to strategize and launch this first product under the new umbrella company, Incite Health, with the intention of expanding into a full-service, at-home health care brand addressing the most pressing health crises in Australia.

The first step was to win over investors, doctors, and patients on the first product. To do this, we needed to clearly explain what the product was, how it worked, and what steps led to feeling better.

We knew the wait time to see a psychiatrist in Australia was anywhere between 3-6 months at the time, so we wanted to provide comfort for the user who came to our site looking for relief. We also needed to keep in mind that doctors would visit our site, and that we wanted to work with them in order to better serve potential patients.

And finally, we needed to show all three of these audiences that our product worked. Luckily, CNSDose had been on the market for a while, and we had public reviews from patients via different news sources that the test had helped them find the right medication after long and difficult searches for the right treatment.

outcome

Upon launch of the new site, sales doubled, in large part thanks to a clear sales funnel.

Increased sales presented new challenges, like rebranded and environmentally-friendly packaging and creating a seamless system for connecting patients with doctors when they received their results. But the website did it’s job of telling our story with transparency and integrity, earning the trust of patients, and winning the interest of doctors and investors.
